Fresh goat cheese with a bloomy rind. The decades of expertise of our master cheese maker and a raw ingredient of excellence give life to a product with a surprising gastronomic value. This cheese has an edible rind, white and thin, covered in penicillium, a compact, soft and creamy paste, with a light straw yellow colour, and a sweetish taste with a non-invasive and characteristic aftertaste of goat’s milk.
It goes very well with all types of dishes: on a cheese platter paired with honey, melted on pizza, sliced and used as a sandwich filling or served with fried eggs. It’s amazing when fried. Excellent combined with red wines of good structure.
